Step 2. Schedule
You know where you’re going, now schedule your trip!
Please make reservations at least one day and up to two weeks in advance.
If you’re a first-time rider, please call (434) 296-3184, option 3, anytime between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so we can quickly set up your client profile. We’ll also answer your questions and give you helpful tips to make your ride pleasant.

Reservations are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For fast service, please have the following information ready:
- Street address of pickup point. Remember to mention helpful tips so the driver can find you quickly
- Your desired pickup time
- Time of appointment (if applicable)
- Name and address of your destination, including the name of the building or shopping center

To protect our riders and drivers from the threat of COVID-19, at this time we are not charging fares to minimize the risk of person-to-person contact.
