Crozet Connect – Will operate Holiday Loop service only starting at 8:00 AM

29 North Connect – Service will start at 7:50 AM

Greene County Link – Service will start at 8:00 AM

Louisa County – Medical services only

ADA – Services will start at 8:00 AM

Lovingston Connect – Service will be canceled for the day

Buckingham Connect – Service will be canceled for the day

Fluvanna – All services will be canceled for the day

ADA services will begin running at 8:00 AM on Monday, January, 6, 2025. Due to inclement weather, it has been decided that all of the following areas will not operate on Monday, January 6, 2025:

All Greene County Services – Closed

All Nelson County Services – Closed

All Buckingham Services – Closed

All Fluvanna  Services – Closed

All Louisa County Services – Closed

Rural Albemarle Services – Closed

Attention valued Jaunt clients: In efforts to improve our customer experience while using Jaunt’s Service, we are excited to announce our upcoming Passenger Portal. The Passenger Portal gives you an option to manage your own trips through a web based portal. Our Call Center will still be an option if you choose to use a representative to book your trip.

Passenger Portal Features:

1. Create a user account using client ID#
2. Request to book a ride
3. Cancel or reschedule a ride
4. View your scheduled trips
5. Update your account

Jaunt will issue personalized Client ID Cards to individual users.
